My journey began in a family-owned convenience store, where I discovered my love for taking care of people and creating a positive work environment. This passion has driven me throughout my career, from a variety of different leadership roles at Starbucks for 20 years to launching a new concept at Amazon called Amazon Go. Now, I'm eager to leverage my expertise to help organizations and businesses achieve their full potential.
