I have a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results. With over two decades of experience in retail, coffee, and technology, I've honed my skills in organizational effectiveness focused on culture, strategy, operations, change management, and team development.
My journey began in a family-owned business, where I discovered my love for taking care of people and creating a positive work environment. This passion has driven me throughout my career, from a variety of leadership roles at Starbucks to launching a new concept called Amazon Go. Now, I'm eager to leverage my expertise to help organizations and businesses achieve their full potential.
